Brad Stevens of the Louis Group managed my rental property in Chandler for the last 8+ years. I always had great confidence that he was taking care of my investment and could handle any issues that would crop up, not only in a timely fashion but also in a thorough and honest manner. As an out of state investor, Brad handled all aspects of property management for me, including leasing, maintenance, repairs, rent tax collection and payment, etc. I was always consulted for my approval on repairs and decisions around pricing and leasing, and received timely monthly reports detailing the financials. When it came time to sell my property, he managed the listing and sale and made it a breeze for me. He coordinated all repairs and managed interactions with the buyers and escrow and kept things moving. Not all property managers are created equal (I know from experience!) and I'm so glad that I chose to drop my prior property manager and hire Brad -- I only wish I had done it sooner! His service provided simplicity and peace of mind from start to finish with absolute professionalism. I highly recommend him.

Brad has been managing my condo for a few years and has done a fantastic job. I had an issue with tree roots causing a plumbing leak. My tenants called him in the middle of the night, and he took care of it right away. He keeps detailed accounting and deposits the rent in my account each month. I love not worrying about my rental property.
