My husband and I just purchased our first home and the process was extremely uncomplicated. Between Lala and our lender, there was very little work to do on our end aside from shop for our perfect home. From the day we saw our house until the day it closed was right around the 1 month mark. We were originally using a different realtor and went with Lala at the recommendation of a friend instead and we are so glad we did.
