        WORST COMPANY EVER!! KEEP MESSING UP MY ACCOUNT!!

        This company is a ripoff. when I log in the pat rent it states a 2 dollar and change fee, but after I submit and see the verification that fee jumped to $49.00. I am reporting the on every siite I can find as well as the BBB.

        My apartment complex uses this company to process payment for rent. My payment that I authorized went thru just fine. However, this company decided to process another payment without my authorization or my knowledge leaving me to fight a battle with my bank. I contacted them to see why would they do this because it left me in a financial bind and all they could say is I DONT KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED. And the worst part about this is that the payment the processed without my knowledge is not even showing up as a credit on my acct thru the apartment complex. So it seems like this company stole my money because the management do not have the funds. Im very disappointed and will continue to go above heads to get this resolved

      It sounds like these were fees incurred when you applied for a new apartment or rental property. The best course of action would be to speak with the property manager to get more clarity on the charges. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
