        Bhavna Mota was completely rude to me when coming in to file my taxes. When I was told the price, which was different from what I was told online, I replied that I did not have that kind of money and she said Yeah I didnt think so when I asked what she suggested I do since taxes are due tomorrow she said, go home and do it yourself. Im baffled at how rude and unhelpful she was I will certainly not be using H&R Block ever again.
