I needed a really large custom mirror for my make up area. I found Gatsby Glass of Scottsdale and realized they can also provide large custom mirrors. Jeff and his installers, Bobby and Steve were great and I love my mirror! Jeff even brought dog biscuits for my pups! Finished my fifth and final bathroom in my house. Needed glass and I came across Gatsby Glass and Jeff Novak. Getting glass on the other 4 was a miserable experience. What a great experience we had with Gatsby. So good that I am tearing out the glass in the other Master Bathroom and having Gatsby redo it. Great communication, honesty and best installers in the business. Thanks Jeff and your whole crew. A great addition to the valley!

I came across Gatsby Glass while scrolling through Instagram and boy am I am glad I did. I had several other companies come provide quotes but as soon I as met Jeff and his team (Bobby and Steve) I was impressed. Jeff was very transparent on pricing and timing and was in touch on an almost daily basis from measurement to installation. Jeff, Bobby, and Steve have a down to earth nature and made both the initial measurement and installation appointments very relaxed while still providing a professional experience. As I have several other DIY showers in my house that I need to complete over the next couple years I'll definitely be a repeat customer of Jeff's, along with any other products they provide (mirrors, etc.).

What a treat to work with such a customer oriented group of people from Gatsby Glass. Jeff and his team came to the house and listened to what we needed and the short time frame that was needed. This was a large piece of glass that would be the shower wall. They asked questions, measured, and shared their opinion of how it could be done. Steve and Bobby are experts in their field of installation and were courteous and professional. The follow up from Jeff was unbeliveable, he checked up daily on everything and made it all come together. We had a large family joining us for Easter this year and needed that shower! We got it and love it. Very competitive in their field and open with their cost. No underlying expenses - everything was in the quote. I would highly recommend them for anything in the glass business. We are continuing to work with them on a few other projects and will go back to them, if we have more. Thank you Jeff, Steve, and Bobby - you are a great team.
