Big O Tires

Was told they cannot order my tires unless i paid upfront. I said thank you and hung up because i wanted to shop around more, the following week I received over 12 calls and voicemails saying I HAD to come get my tires even though i got them for 1/2 the price locally and without waiting 5 days.

Brought our vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had a slow leak in one of our tires. We were told it would take about an hour, which it did. Quality service at an affordable price. Will certainly be back in the future.

Really not friendly or professional. Wouldn't honor my online cupon for $16.95 oil change and rotation without a paper copy. Charged me full price (more than twice that) without rotating my tires. There are too many other options around for me to go back there.

I feel like I got screwed. There was an ad for $100.00 off on set of 4 Pirelli tires. I looked at the ad with Floyd at the Sedona store when I ordered the tires. I had them installed, but when I paid for them I didn't get the $100.00, because they were not physically at the store "in stock", which the small print stated. I have been a customer of Big O for over 25 years, and I think Floyd should have told me that the $100.00 would not apply, since they had to be ordered from Phoenix.
