i have done work for many of Belinda's clients and the comments are always positive Many people depend on her for her excellent service and management skills. Her business continues to grow more each year because of her availability and detailed workmanship. i have seen her employee's at work for several years and I'm always impressed . We started an Airbnb in Sedona in May of 2021. We partnered with Sedona Rocks Cleaning Service to take care of the house cleaning between guests. We could not be happier with the service that they provide! We always get compliments from our guests, commenting on how immaculate and pretty the house looks. Belinda is very professional, dependable and friendly. She has gone above and beyond for us on many occasions! I can't say enough good things about this company and the service that they provide! Hired this company April 2021 to clean my vrbo in uptown Sedona, i live in the valley. I paid good money, $280 per clean. NO Quality Control, food left in drawers, hair in the bathrooms, missed matched sheets put on the beds, they couldnt even keep the supply room organized? There was a simple routine to follow that her crew didnt. Because theres no quality, the owner obviously doesnt care! I got tired of the owner placating me, without a doubt, they took advantage of the situation. I take the proper cleaning of my rental seriously, not only for my success, but for the comfort of my guests. . thought I hired a cleaning company not another headache.
