I was very impressed with Draxler Insurance during my recent search for homeowners insurance. I reached out to Nick, who was very quick to respond and super helpful! Since this was our first home purchase, I was unsure which policy was the right fit for us. Nick took the time to explain the insurance jargon and made sure we understood our options. The staff at Draxler (Chan Smith, Barbara Gee, Nicholas Hastings, and reception personnel) have taken wonderful care of me for eight years. I am surprised at the review that implies they are snobs, and think that must have been a fluke. I started with them as a renter, which included  living in a few trailers in a very non-snooty neighborhood (!), and they were as courteous then as they are now that I am a home and business owner. I have all my assorted insurance policies through Draxler and am pleased that I found them.

My family is relocating to Sedona and I just called this agency for an auto quote as well as renters insurance. The lady who answered the phone was completely condescending, saying that unless we were referred by someone she didn't think they'd want to insure us if we weren't home owners. Is this an exclusive nightclub or an insurance agency?!? I've never encountered an 'elitist' agency, but it was exceptionally off-putting and honestly somewhat laughable. (As a side note, my husband and I are both professionals and have owned a home for several years and are simply renting in the area until we purchase. We were also interested in a couple of other products, but she began talking down to me before I could even get that.) I think we'll go to the very friendly and helpful competing agent I called immediately after that.
