Kirby vacuum call center. Just what we all need. Not.

If i could give a negative 5 i would!! The appointment setters dont tell you its for a vacuum system they just tell you that its a free room cleaning. Very pushy and would not take no for an answer. Do not fall for it its a scam!! I received a phone call stating that they are offering 2 rooms free for carpet cleaning. Stating that they just wanted a good review and that they get their business through word of mouth. Never once did the woman say it was for a Kirby vacuum on the phone call. The person arrives Harrison with a black duffle bag, still not thinking it was a sales demonstration. He asked to see what carpets needed to be cleaned so i showed him, he walks outside and then walks back in with a Kirby vacuum cleaner. He proceeded to demonstrate this vacuum for 2 and a half hours. After multiple times of telling him no not interested he then went and "called" his boss to see if the price could be lowered. We repeatedly told him "NO WE CAN NOT AFFORD A 2600 DOLLAR VACUUM". He even dropped the down payment as low as 12 dollars and we still told him that we were not interested and could not afford it. He was VERY PUSHY and would not accept no for an answer. Saying he was trying to win for a contest. He even offered us 2 free trips to Vegas. Also when he "called" his so called boss he proceeded to tell his boss in front of us that he was "KNEE DEEP IN DIRT!!!!" and told his boss this 3xs and that we needed to have this vacuum and thats when he lowered the price down to 12 dollars. After he said that our home was knee deep in dirt i asked him to pack up his stuff and leave. He continued to go back and forth with me and challenge me after I asked him to leave. He was polite in the beginning but after he basically called my home dirty I lost it and demanded that he leave. It took him 45 mins to pack his stuff up and we STILL never got the carpets cleaned. At that point we didnt even want the carpets cleaned especially knowing that he was using the Kirby to clean it. He demonstrated on space on our carpet and afyer guaranteeing that it would be dry within 15 mins the space was still wet after 45 mins and the cleaner didnt even clean the spot he went over. Claiming bc i walked on it but before he said that you would be able to walk on the space and the spot wld still be gone. I would rsther pay a professional cleaning company than to ever purchase one of those vacuums. Very misleading, false advertising to the fullest and a HUGE SCAM!!! If this company calls you HANG UP!!! If I could give this company a negative 5 stars I would!! Harrison then got upset when I told him that I already left a horrible review on Google for his unprofessionalism and the false advertising. If I would have known any better I would have read the reviews before accepting the "free carpet cleaning". What a horrible company and hopefully they are put out of business. I wasted 2 and a half hours out of my Saturday evening that I will NEVER get back. I dont know anyone who would buy a 2600 dollar vacuum based off a demonstration. I could and would buy a car before I would ever purchase a freakin vacuum cleaner!! Im also gonna report this company to the BBB bc these people cant continue to mislead people into thinking they are getting free carpet cleaning. And whats even worse is that they know theyre demonstrating Kirby vacuums and that all they need was word of mouth promotions, well i havent seen ONE good review about this company, so all in all its actually backfiring on them bc they definitely arent getting a good review from myself or anyone else for that matter!
