        This is an 18-foot tall, mirror-polished steel saguaro cactus, featuring cactus blooms that light up at night. It was created as a tribute to the founder of The City of Surprise, Flora Statler. According to the official description, her image is located in the back of the cactus, visible through an open Dutch door, inviting visitors to approach and share their dreams and wishes with her.
