I didnt work directly with Phoenix Materials. The bogus landscaping company I hired used Phoenix Materials for their materials. Way more material was dropped off than what was ordered which normally one might think is a good thing until all that materials needs to be hauled off. My landscaper wanted to pass to charge me a few hundred to haul it away! I reached out to Phoenix Materials and they came out and picked up the extra material for free. Which isnt something they normally do. Now that's is great customer service and one of the reasons why I'd recommend phoenix materials.

Justin (the owner) is a terrible businessman. He came down to Tucson to look and test drive a work truck I am selling. I was respectful enough to allow his mechanic to accompany him instead of me. He was gone test driving my truck for over 50 minutes and brought it back with transmission fluid spewed all over the undercarriage and without any oil pressure. Justin parked my truck, rebutted any and all responsibility and abruptly left without any form of reconciliation. He test drove my truck so carelessly he caused the transmission pan gasket to burst and seized the engine oil pump. Messaged him the next day after my mechanic came out to diagnose $1000 worth of damage he had caused and still declines to accept any form of responsibility. Justin is not the type of businessman you should trust with your time or money. And believe me there are plenty other great businessmen in the landscape supply industry that would far more deserve your business.
