I needed to sell my parents home in Sun City. My friend in the mortgage business recommended using a HomeSmart realtor because they have a great reputation in the real estate industry. I met with Jenny and was impressed with all of her suggestions on marketing our home. Jenny always had my interests as a seller in mind and was a pleasure to do business with. Referral for Home Smart Agents Jenny and Richard Kennedy.
As a former Realtor myself, I am well aware of what is required of a Realtor and the extra service that I received from both Jenny and Richard.
I am a single woman in my 80s and in April 2023 I decide to move into an independent living community in California in order to be nearer family. Not having any family in Arizona, the process of selling my house and belongings and making the move fell on my shoulders. Had it not been for Jenny and Richard, I dont know how I could have done it. They went far beyond just listing and selling my house. They came to my rescue when any issues that came up, from a last minute leaky pipe to recycling boxes and items that I did not know what to do with. They returned all my calls quickly. They advised me and stood up for my rights much better than I could have when an unreasonable inspection report was presented to me.
I highly recommend them both. They are not only knowledgeable, extremely helpful agents but are also both really personable, trustworthy people.

Jenny and Richard provided great service while helping me find a property to purchase. They were super informative and knowledgable about any concerns I had and were very familiar with the neighborhood. Making the process extremely seamless. I would definitely recommend The Kennedys if you are looking to sell or buy your next house!
