We have been here at Mera City Center for almost 2yrs. We have renewed our lease as the community is very welcoming and friendly. Mera is a great place to live. There are plenty of amenities, many activities to choose from. Within a week we made many friends who are now family. Management and staff are courteous, friendly and welcoming. Any services necessary in our apartment are taken care of promptly. We couldnt ask for a nicer place to live!

Mera City is a very appealing, active adult community for people 55 and older here in Surprise, Arizona. This active 2 year old community is comprised of state of the art decor, exercise facilities, fantastic Bistro with fun events, happy hour, holiday parties, computer area, movie theater, game room, including simulated golf play, and more amazing amenities. Most importantly, is the quality of staff that Mera City Center, Surprise, Arizona is fortunate to meet the various needs of each resident. Their courtesy, knowledge and focus on meeting the needs of the residents are their priority, and making sure the resident is treated with courtesy and respect. The staff is top quality of performance. The grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped, pickle ball courts, beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool with five waterfalls, outdoor barbecue pits, outdoor fireplace, and many more pleasing amenities. It doesnt get better than this, if you want to feel welcome and comfortable in the modern decor of the apartment of your choosing. Come visit and serve for yourself as you are warmly welcomed by a staff or sale person. Or one of the residents will also be strolling around to welcome you too.
