        UPDATE 2: We financed a rental unit through Loan Depot, and once again, excellent service. Its a process, lots of documents to prepare and review and approve - but I have confidence in their accuracy and efficiency. UPDATE: Did another refinance, with similar wonderful, timely results. Our loan officer (Branch Manager) is very responsive to questions, and we have every confidence and trust in her knowledge. The process is very easy and fast with LoanDepot! This is our second refinance through LoanDepot, and we're very satisfied - even thrilled - with the results.
