        Made an appointment for my Tibetan mastiff. When I arrived the groomers said they could not accommodate her due to size and that she wouldn't stand for the next 4 hours. They also said they couldn't pick her up to get on the groomer table. Which she wouldn't fit on the table at all anyway! It's a 150 lb dog! She also stated "there's only 2 of us" about her size. Then why take my appointment and waste my time???? I clearly stated breed and weight. Super unprofessional.
