Only went in to ask some questions but the guy was super friendly and they got some decent prices since I'm thinking about getting a PC soon best customer service I've had in a minute

I had a fantastic customer service experience at this business. The fellow helped me with a computer log on issue I had then sold me cable I needed for a great price. I asked if I owed him anything for his time and he turned me down, that's old time service!

The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely great. They were super quick to diagnose my computer issues and took the time to explain what they did and tested on my PC so I could understand the issue. Would 100% recommend and I'll certainly be back with any other PC problems!

I usually build my own PCs, but this time I decided to search for local PC building shops to save myself a little effort. I priced out the same components on PCPartPicker vs. the cost of the same custom build through Smart Parts, and the amount I would have saved by buying everything myself (after factoring in shipping) would have been basically negligible, so I decided to go with them. And this way, Smart Parts offers a 5-year warranty covering everything, so I don't need to worry about a mail-ordered component arriving DOA or needing to RMA anything myself by mail. Regarding the my new PC itself, everything has worked great. It came with Windows 11 and all the drivers already installed and with ZERO bloatware at all, which was a nice touch. The PC's performance has also been great in the games I've tried, as you'd expect. No complaints at all so far!
