I worked my summers and some winters for this company while I payed my way through college, because of this I thought I would have been treated as an outsider but I was completely wrong. Every employee took me under their wing and showed me their tricks of the trade and took their time teaching me how to do this job correctly and safely. Its a fantastic place to work, the environment was never hostile and everyone was treated as an equal. The professionalism and efficiency of this company is tremendous and I wouldnt have wanted to work for anyone else.

Brad Downs did a fantastic job demolishing our pool. He was extremely patient with the permitting process, which took a relatively long time to get approved, due to our home's location within an historic district. Once approved, he provided me with a schedule and timetable that was promptly and efficiently carried out. He and his crew were very polite and easy to work with. They were also very concerned about minimizing damage to the surrounding vegetation. He's the best!

Custom Saw Cuts is a special kind of company. I was given the opportunity to pay for my college education by working for this outstanding company during breaks from my University in Wisconsin over a 4 year period. Brad took a chance on me and it paid off. He and his team at CSC prove that old fashioned hard-work and the blue collar mentality are still foundational in this ever adapting market. CSC as a company speaks for itself in regard to customer service. CSC has a devout commitment to keeping up with the times by incorporating new tools and outstanding management to get the job done. I always felt welcome working for this company starting out at 19 years old. The professional operators took the time to show me the ropes and made me feel included. CSC has a bulletproof advancement plan that allowed me in just a few months, to gain substantial raises and experience with equipment. I started in this company as a laborer and left as an operator while earning my Bachelor's degree. I owe much to CSC as they showed me the importance of professionalism, respect, and a good work ethic, all which were extremely rewarding in my professional and academic careers. I have since parted ways with CSC and now live in another state, but I know that the attributes that I have gained from this experience working for CSC throughout college will stick with me forever.

I chose Custom Saw Cuts to demolish our pool after calling and comparing with 3 other companies in the area. Bradley Downs came out very quickly and measured the pool to give us a quote within a couple days. The company explained the process clearly and handled all the paperwork and permits with the city. All I had to do was clear everything with our HOA. They started demolition a few weeks after I first contacted them. The crew showed up exactly on time and they were respectful of our property. They finished in 3 days and I am so happy to be rid of that pesky pool! I was nothing but impressed by this team and highly recommend Custom Saw Cuts.

Brad and his entire team were fantastic. They were timely, so polite and kind and did a great job filling my pool for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!
