Carondelet St. Raphael’s Emergency Center

My wife was a patient here I and the service was absolutely amazing!! Dr. Apstein was very nice and informative and took great care of my wife. I cant thank him enough. Also Jeremy was very attentative caring, helpful. When we were sitting in the waiting room, my wife needed to go to the bathroom, and Jeremy handed her a urine cup just incased the Dr. needed it! He also helped us when we had issues with the tablet thing!! We requested multiple times for help and he guided us through basically the entire process. Also were lucky enough to get Nurse Caleb again, who is probably the nicest Nurse my wife and I ever experienced, he made us laugh and took good care of my wife as well during a time we were both scared. There are others Im forgetting (like the lady in the gray who took the scans) but I also thank them as well. I wish I could give this Hospital more than 5 stars! Weve been to this hospital a few times in the last few months and every time its an enjoyable experience (well as enjoyable as an emergency can be) Everyone in working in this hospital truly cares and I thank everyone there once again!

I was taken to the emergency room last week and was taken care of by Nurse Caleb. He was very thoughtful and caring throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I needed an IV and get bad anxiety when it comes to needing one, but Caleb was very caring and gentle and was not painful at all. I have never been given an IV without it causing any pain and checked on me without having to look for him. I hope not to be back to emergency, but if I need to, I am requesting that Caleb be my nurse. Thank you so much Caleb for all you did for me throughout my ordeal! CV

Been here 3 times and I love the service. Everyone is friendly and the service is great from all staff. Nurses and Doctors are very attentive. My new favorite medical facility. Thank you.

went in here not able to walk due to infections on both feet, it was very clear I cant walk, was told to go sit down well the front desk lady was on the phone forever then she has the nerve to hang up and make another phone call without checking me in and was literally talking about a patients insurance Im sure could have waiting to check me in so left me sitting there again well she is on the phone forever again so I was never checked in just stared at by her and the security guard sitting there doing nothing. He was literally standing up looking at me from my car and could see I couldnt walk and not once asked or brought me a wheelchair instead was trying be top flight security to see if I was doing anything wrong in my car because it took me while to get out and obviously walk inside. He stood there and stared at me until I walked inside and he sits down and tells me he cant check me in so I walk to the lady who told me sit down and she will be with me when she is done. I obviously cant walk so why would I want sit down just to get up and try walking again. So after she was on the phone again forever I just left infuriated the fact I was never even checked in. It is so unprofessional here and they are rude and have no sense of urgency

All they ever do is take a covid test and send you on your way. Disappointed and dissatisfied
