Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson

This place is phenomenal. They are very goal-oriented and attentive. I have 0 complaints and I can be pretty critical of healthcare facilities. I especially love that the goals are not one-size-fits all but instead are specialized based on your needs for normal daily functioning.

This place is truly amazing! If you need a place to rehabilitate, this is the place to do it. I cant express how thankful I am that this place exist.

I give Encompass a million stars, the staff was the best, caring, friendly, great communication, and compassionate. My dad was there for two weeks after being at another location for a week. The great physical therapy at encompass got my dad able to do more than he used to. I highly recommend this place.

PT staff are Great. But some medical staff are scary Bad. Staff daytime Dr was a joke. All he did was complain about his other cancelled contracts. Many days I would not see the doctor and he would put in his daily record that I was not complaining about any of my pain or symptoms. Records and notes for my care were very inaccurate. Left with a huge bill half of which I can't account for. Fell out of bed and broke a rib the day before I left, in huge pain, and they did not put that in any of my notes. Not surprised....

Was at Encompass Rehab for one and a half weeks after my total knee replacement. From beginning to end everything was perfect. The wonderful care and the actual rehab activities made all the difference in my recovery. The food and choice of meals was like from a restaurant. Everyone working there was so kind and so very helpful. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. Thank you Encompass!
