Perfectly named... the food and drinks are excellent and the welcome feels like being home at your grandmother's table.

The one star is for their service. Lovely family and atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Everything was way too salty. Salt was the one flavor in the food and it was extremely over-powering. Even the salsa, the salt over powered the other fresh flavors. The beauty of Mexican food is fresh flavors and that did not come across because of the excess salt.

I've been going to Nana's Kitchen almost religiously for the last 6-8 months. The family who owns the restaurant are very polite, inviting, and enjoyable to be around. The food is fantastic Mexican fare (the nachos are the best in town...this is coming from a fat guy...) You may not have the speed of service that you're accustomed to, but I assure you the time spent here is relaxing (especially if you like a good strong cocktail). There are many "regulars", making the ambiance much more friendly and familial than most places in the area. Order a drink, get some really good food, and enjoy your evening in a place worthy of your business.
