Vanessa was amazing to work with throughout the home buying experience. I was a first time buyer and really didnt know what I was doing. I was a bit nervous, but Vanessa put me at ease by clearly explaining everything that I needed to know and taking care of the parts that I didnt. She was always timely with communication and kept me in the loop of everything that was expected of me. Vanessa is well connected in the Tucson community and has every contact you would need (inspector, termite inspection, roof, etc). She doesnt pressure you to use her contacts if you have your own, but will set everything up for you if you want. Vanessa and I shared a similar background of food service and I appreciated that she could relate to the experience of buying a home on a food-service salary in todays market. Its not easy! With that said, all of Vanessas effort on our behalf made the process feel breezy and I am so grateful.
