        Been on the waiting list for over 2 years and no one mentioned that we need to update the referral which was required months ago. We did and no one called to let us know that they received it after waiting a week for this supposed follow up call they do. Called and their receptionist placed me immediately on hold over 5 minutes to look for an appointment thats 6 months from now to have my son re-evaluated Thats not even taking into account of any future appointments IF they can fit him in. I wish there were other closer places because this will never be my top choice.

        I'm very concerned as to why speech therapists are STILL wearing masks at this point. It is absurd. My child is upset because they can't see your face. This isn't helping them thrive. Please remove the masks. It has been proven by now that they do not work and are hindering speech and social development.

        DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ive been taking my autistic daughter for over a year. She has not advanced at all they said they couldnt even get passed basics. Had appointment and when I got there the speech therapist said she wasnt going to attend her because she didnt feel comfortable with her. Take in mind that its an hour drive. Arent they supposed to be specialized to work with difficult children? Find different strategies that will work for different needs. Not autistic friendly!

To be clear, those families that communicate with our office are able to obtain those services quickly. Our staff work very hard with each family to accommodate every schedule, and we are sorry that you had to wait on hold while we attempt to help you. It's important to us that all children obtain the weekly services that they need, and we are truly sorry that you did not receive the positive experience that we had hoped for.

We are confident in our multidisciplinary team of professionals, and we do know and understand how to effectively work with children with autism. We work very hard with each family to accommodate every schedule. It's important to us that all children obtain the services that they need. Like all medical offices, late arrivals, multiple cancellations and no-shows to reserved appointments affect outcomes. We are truly sorry that you didn't receive the positive experience that we had hoped for.
