    I am one of the principals of Stratford Management, a company in business for some 32yrs. We have owned and operated it for 19 years. For all of those years we have had happy clients and favorable reviews! About 6 months ago an employee and her friends set out to ruin our reputation using a new and disgraceful practice among some younger workers of ..."quiet quitting"... Translation : not doing any work but getting paid! Moving on to steal some clients and open their OWN company. We are back STRONGER then ever with a new and "experienced staff " to replace these immoral entitled employees. Adding to our retained employees who have been with us for all of our 19 years. That should say it all folks! ! To our current loyal clients: we are working diligently to address your HOA concerns that have been neglected without our knowledge , so kindly be patient as we will rectify this takeover attempt as quickly as possible.

    Stratford Management is a 32 years old business and we have been the owners for 19 of those years.  For all that time we have had very satisfied clients...Unfortunately during the past 4 months we experienced a covert situation by our unethical GM and a few employees who tried to ruin our very successful business in order to open an HOA company of their own. in doing so they stopped doing their jobs and did not work to solve their clients issues.  This is called "quiet quitting" today, which means they collected a paycheck, but did nothing to earn it!   A sad commentary to be sure!  We were not aware of this situation as we trusted the GM...big mistake!  We now have a new and very talented staff and will be HANDS ON ourselves to assure our valued clients ,of many years, that we will attend to their issues promptly as we always have in the past. If you have further questions please call one of our owners for prompt service. Our new GM is there to serve you..... so don't hesitate to reach out to her. Hope this explains the awful reviews of late. To our loyal HOA s... thanks for your understanding and patience.

    Update: received an email back from Charlie Diaz, and he was responsive and will work on communication. My son recently purchased a home that is being managed by this group. There was a recent change from the prior homeowner's association. The title company has called so many times asking for details on payment amount/address/contact etc. and is getting the runaround. Every time I call they tell me they don't manage this property, but the neighbors confirm they are paying them. This morning I called again to get information and was told accounting would call me back. Here we are, the end of the day, and still no return call. I cannot believe they manage a company like this. You would think new homeowners would receive a welcome package with all pertinent information so that they can be responsible.

    Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I have been in the real estate industry for over 6 years now and this is BY FAR the worst property management group I have ever dealt with. The level of incompetence and complete unprofessionalism is beyond anything I have ever seen. They never respond to emails or phone calls so don't bother. Sent over 6 emails 3 months ago and still waiting for a response. You call the office, and you just get a different story each time. The staff changes so frequently as well which makes things worst. The community manager has no idea about any specifics in the how rules/bylaws. I just don't know how this place stays in business. DO NOT use or trust them to take care/manage your personal property!
