I had them replace my roof about 3 yrs ago. The did a great job. I called a 2 weeks ago and they came out for an estimate to Cool Coat the roof as regular maintennence. They were supposed to e-mail the estimate. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and they haven't e-mailed or called. I refuse to chase them down to give them a job that they will make about $2,000.00 on. While I was satisfied with the roof replacement, I am disappointed with their lack of caring and professionalism. I will not be calling them in the future. Service: Roof repair

I have called them 5 times over the last month for them to repair my roof under warranty and they have not called me back to schedule an appointment at all! Very poor customer service! Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

We scheduled our roof to be replaced in January. They told us it would take 2 weeks, but it took over 2 months to get the majority of it done. The roof looks nice, but it is still not complete due to some last finishing touches and caulking which they told me would be completed. I have called numerous times but have not received a call back. I'm still waiting. I picked up a wastebasket full of nails, screws, and scrap pieces left on the roof and in the parking lot. They also damaged some property during their job which I have to repair. Update 06-22-2022 They came out and finished the job (no communication ahead of time), so I am moving the rating up a couple notches. As I said earlier in the review, decent workmanship, but lacking in communication and professionalism as I had to clean up nails and scrap again. Service: Roof installation

I had a new roof put in 2014 by this company. I replaced my roof preventively never had a leak. The first rain after the roof was done I had a wet spot on my ceiling in the dining area. I called the company and they came out and repaired it. Mind you this was their error. After the repair was completed I still had a wet stain on my dining room ceiling. I asked if they could address this as it was a result of the job that was done. They sent someone out and they did a shotty job and the texture popcorn used was whiter than the ceiling. This leads me to todays email. With all the rain that we have had the wet spot has come back right where the white stain is from the shotty job done previously. I called the company and was told that I am out of my Warranty period and they will not fix it again. They can have someone come out and give me an estimate and I can pay someone to fix it. Why would I pay someone to come out when the job was not done correctly from the beginning. Very disappointing. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone I know.
