When should I expect you to replace the roof tiles you damaged and reused. Also the mortar that broke off the peak and hit me in the head? I have been extremely patient. You have ignored several of my phone calls. Still waiting! Service: Roof installation

We used this company for a re tiling roof. They were less expensive than other roofing companies, which should have been a warning. They came within a few days and worked at a good pace. However, if someone doesn't watch them on a regular basis, they try to cut corners. At one point my husband noticed they were using new tar paper over the old, without removing the old tar paper. Had he not been watching, that's what would have happened. I had to point out that the tiles were somewhat crooked. When they finally got done, the roof looks acceptable, except when I pointed out the front of the roof not looking right, they never got it to the point where it doesn't look tacky and unprofessional. There's a huge gap between the metal edge under the tiles, one piece is bent. The trim under the tile does not match at the corners. Service: Roof installation
