A World of Tile

We shopped a couple of stores for flooring and granite/quartz counter tops. A World of Tile showroom is packed with all kinds of material to chose from and the staff is very helpful, but not pushy. Joey let us take a number of samples to the property so we could see what each looked like in place. The list of recommended installers was great too!

Recently purchased tile for my entire home. World of tile gave me 6 Pieces of tile to sample in my home I return to the store and informed them that it did not look like the image they portray online at that time Richard and Joey insured me that when the tile was fully laid out what it would look as the image online which is a brown wood tile after Tile had been laid down it turned out to be pieces of tile to sample in my home I return to the store and informed them that it did not look like the image they portray online at that time Richard and Joey in shirred me that when the tile was fully laid out it would look as the image online which is a brown wood tile after Tile had been laid down it turned out to be gray. I went to the store where I purchased the tile to discuss the fact that it is gray rather than brown and the response I received was one of they didn’t care and made me feel all they cared about was taking my money in the first place even when the regional manager contacted me over my complaint his response was read your receipt no refunds it’s your problem not ours I am very unhappy with them and would never recommend anyone doing business with a world of tile

Went to world of tile to match some subway tile with a decorative tile we got from another store. Ended up loving a different decorative tile. It was larger size and cheaper! Good selection of tiles and prices are great... Chris, Rich and Joey were very helpful and friendly.

After searching all over town for our bathroom updates, we finally found A World of Tile, and couldn't be happier. Chris and Joey walked us through the long process of selecting the perfect tile and contractors to do our work. For us, it was one-stop-shopping because they worked with us as well as the contractors we selected. We achieved our goal of updating the bathrooms to a beautiful contemporary look without breaking the bank. Thanks guys!
