Wow! Weve never had such a professional job done on our yard before. Forget the cheap folks who indiscriminately hack up your trees. Jackson and his crew saved 2 huge mesquite trees that were full of mistletoe. They are gorgeous now! Jackson is an arborist, so he knows what hes doing. They also tidied up the other acacias and palo verdes in the yard and cleaned up every scrap. They left us some nice mesquite branches for our fireplace as a bonus. We couldnt be happier! Poor communication. I got a quote done, but didn't receive the quote for a bit. So I posted a 2-star review here for additional visibility. Jackson took note and contacted me immediately with an updated timeline for the quote. Once I did receive the quote and approved it, nothing happened. The portal was only giving me an option to schedule another quote. So far it's been a week of radio silence, and I'm moving on to other landscapers. Jackson if you're reading this, close the damn loop. I patiently waited a week to hear back and now I'm worse off for it. You could've let me know that you aren't able to take my business right now, or just said you don't want to do business with me. Leaving me hanging like this was not cool or professional.

I called Dawn Till Dusk after several landscapers recommended by friends did not show up. Jackson O'Neill is the real deal! He's great to work with, explained work to be done, and provided detailed estimate. Communicates well, uses technology for estimates, scheduling reminders so no miscommunications. He worked with us over several weeks as we updated our scope of work to meet changing needs. Work was scheduled promptly. Crews showed up on time as promised. Jackson supervised work to be done and also worked along side his crew. Quality job completed on time for competitive price. Great customer service. We highly recommend and plan to hire again.

I was very pleased with this company after they came and cleaned my front yard. They arrived when they said they would, raked, pruned and even fertilized the plants. Plus they removed weeds and sprayed and hauled all the debris away. I intend to use this company for all my yard work in the future.
