        I walked in for a trim and no one acknowledged I was there so I just left.

        Made my husband wait almost an hour just to tell him that they were not going to be able to do his haircut. Not to mention the lady who was there, was going to get in a lady who had an appt till next week. And got in there about 20 minutes later than my husband.
