My wife had been in contact the day before about a vehicle she liked, they said theyd have it ready to test drive this afternoon. Drove an hour with the kids just to be told they had it in the bay getting work done on it. Then they tried to upsell us on a newer year model. Not sure if it was an intentional tactic to upsell us or just a mix up. It definitely was a major inconvenience.

The salesperson Luis took the time to ensure that our questions were completely answered in a very remarkable relaxing style.
