We have a small landscaping business. Bought the set brand new 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Anything from the keypad going bad to the seat switch to starting issues, now the latest, the hydraulic hoses are getting wiped out by the belt. I need this mower to last a couple more seasons , doesn't look like it will.

Paid $8,000 for a new RT-Pro in January. I guess I'm about to find out how well the service is since the lawn mower lasted approximately 35 minutes... Yes, that is correct.... minutes, before it totally hard locked up while mowing. The first time it happened. It gave me the impression of a main bearing locked up in the new Kawasaki engine. But the engine would crank up spin up and lock within about 1 second with no load. Dropped off at the dealer 3 days ago but have not been able to get an answer as to what actually happened and then what will be done about it. Starting to get a really bad feeling about this.

The SRT XD is sold as a commercial mower yet the deck height system is gar from a commercial solution. So poorly designed that I would highly recommend any other brand until that design is simplified and completely changed. My opinion is in a commercial environment it is likely to fail. Not bad mower in other ways...ride is smooth, good value for most

Purchased my first Spartan mower today. I picked the 2022 RT-HD 61. I brought it home and went straight to work cutting about 5 acres. The ride is amazingly smooth and the cut quality was awesome! I am thoroughly impressed based on my initial experience thus far. Time will tell but the machine appears to be of top quality and it is extremely smooth to operate! It cut my work time down to a fraction of what it was! Overall great job!
