This place is a joke. Brenda I hope you read this cause your a piece. So my GF got screened and was told all she had to do was pay the deposit. Now she gets a call saying she owes a bill in another county (a county that she has never lived in) and that the water is getting turned off before it even got turned on. She said to have it put in someone's else's name and our landlord was going to but she said she doesn't feel safe doing that. She said to buy a couple of gallon water jugs that it isn't that big of a deal.

Ive called 8 times in a row to attempt to pay a water bill a day before it was due before they closed and was repeatedly hung up on. Unprofessional and frustrating.
