Enzo and Steven are the guys you want to see whenever you visit this Arvest location. Very knowledgeable and very professional. What I appreciate the most though is their ability and desire to go above and beyond and give you that "small town" bank touch, which is hard to find these days, especially with bigger banks. Arvest is a good bank, and it's employees like this that make it even better and worth being with them.

After speaking to three tellers and being told by two, quite abruptly, that I could not do something I never asked or wanted to do a fourth teller appears in the monitor and yells at me saying We have a zero tolerance policy about being rude to our tellers!. Up to that point I had not been rude to anyone. I was told by him that they did not have to help me and the monitor went dead. Having employees waiting for payroll I threw up my hands and was flipped off on camera by the teller who headed for the door only to be physically restrained by the Branch Manager! A new face appeared in the monitor and apologizes saying he has been like that all day. She says I know what you want it will only take a moment. Less than two minutes later I was on my way thinking wow they have way more problems that I do. UNTIL, I return the next Friday, the second time I have ever been to that branch, and am told that I can not deposit checks in any of my accounts, only cash is accepted, because all my accounts, personal, business and savings are all being closed in thirty days. I was not even allowed to withdraw payroll. I was given a piece of paper with a phone number on it and told Sorry, sir, I cant help you. to everything I said. I had been a loyal customer for years. I had all my banking with them checking personal and business, savings, two credit cards personal and business, a paid off personal loan even had my truck financed through them. And my financial life, business and personal, was set up on auto draft. I never had to worry about a bill, ever. And had an awesome credit score. I could not talk to anyone. Their call center is as far as I could get, someone can only call you back, if they want to, and they dont. They closed everything, left my business account open an extra week to get a truck payment, then mailed my operating capital to me. I received it twelve days later. It has cost me thousands trying to recover. Because of one arrogant teller in a branch I had never been to before in a completely different district than my home bank. And he still works there. You should be so proud

Within the last 6 months, Arvest Bank opened a second card on my account to a stranger, because they didn't bother to check that customers ID when they came in for a new card. Customer made chargers and Arvest said my ONLY option was to open a police report because there was NO WAY they could have made a mistake. Opened the report, had to use a PTO day, just to realize they're being lazy with people's money... (the officer handling my case said he was personally closing his account because that wasn't the first time Arvest told someone to open a report due to their lazy error). Months later, they put my cash deposit in the account of the person in front of me in the drive thru line, wouldn't have caught it if I weren't actively checking my app. Today made a deposit they didn't post so I'm praying the money isn't in someone else's account yet AGAIN. They miscounted a withdrawal my brother made, told my dad he couldn't withdraw the amount of cash he wanted, promised to send me a letter to ease my mind about all of these errors, never did. I cannot visit this branch on one simple occasion without an error on their end. Perhaps me being a young girl rather than a wealthy executive means I'm not deserving of answers or accuracy from my own bank.
