Arvest Bank

I was an employee at Arvest. They make you use their account for your payroll checks and give you a Preferred account with no fees. When you leave they change it to MyBlue and start tacking on fees. I never used this account for anything other than receiving my payroll check and then moving it out to the bank I normally use. I noticed this $6 dollar fee pop up a few days ago. Called the customer support line. They won't waive the fee. Now there's a negative balance for an account I don't even use.

I was at this location and I mentioned that google gives a 2nd party number to call and Pablo gave me his card so I could reach that branch. Now, a few months later, I call and the girl that answered asked if she could help me and then said “um, I’m with a customer so I need to go”...really?! I called back and same thing. Why answer if you can’t answer???!!!

Great bank but Karen at the front desk is horrible. I came in and no one at the front desk.... a assistant manager from the back came up to help me but Karen shut this assistant manager out and was very very rude. The manager went to the back to her office and I sat there for 10 minutes and still no service. The front desk lady in Arvest on the square needs to teach this lady customer skills. I did mention to her that she was very disrespectful to that assistant manager just wanted to help. I will go to another location
