We were trying to speak to someone at this location and before we could even ask anything jeff the said owner of property/business had the audacity to tell us to be prepared to for the police and to have our green card ready and to get off his property for what I can only assume for trespassing which we were not. In my eyes Jeff Evans president and owner of colonial mortgage is prejudice and need to have himself evaluated for mental issues if he thinks thats grounds for me to need to show him a green card. We waited for police to come since he took time to use up city resources for nothing. The man was out of line and The police did not do anything at all. Awful encounter with colonial mortgage. -1 star but it isnt an option.

Misleading Mortgage Broker. I setup a loan, acted in good faith, then they cancelled my loan after not following through with many promises of a low rate lock etc. Out $435 useless appraisal for a loan that THEY cancelled in bad faith when credit was excellent. Cancelled out of spite.

Jeff did a phenomenal job finding me the best mortgage for my situation. He stayed on top of everything through the whole process and even shopped the rates till the end and came up with a significantly lower interest rate than we originally expected. If you want the best deal at the best rates dont go anywhere else. They definitely earned my future business.
