        I needed to do a special type of loan to refinance my home so I could do some major repairs (drainage and foundation). From the moment that I first talked to Shana Hughes at Gateway Mortgage in Ft. Smith, I knew that I would be in good hands. I live several hours from her office but she assured me that we could make it work virtually. My type of refi was a long and difficult process but she made it manageable. She answered every question and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. She made it very personable. I know that I would not have finished this loan process had it not been for her help and reassurance because there was a lot of red tape. If you need a mortgage loan, please call her. You will not regret it! Thanks Shana!!! I'm not easily impressed, but you definitely impressed me.
