I went to Dr. Williams after a small head injury resulting in a loose front tooth. He and the staff were great. Being new to the area, it's nice to have a dentist you already feel comfortable with, especially unexpectedly.

Ive went to Dr. Williams my whole life, and yesterdays appointment will be my last. I started getting fillings this past August, and every single time, I could either cry from the pain or be on the verge of it. The first filling in August left my mouth numb for 9-10 hours after the appointment. Yesterday was the last straw. He did not give me enough numbing medicine. I had 4 fillings done, and when he started drilling one of my back teeth, I felt it. It hurt so bad. And, he had to keep redrilling that tooth, so I felt it every time. Not only did I feel him drilling my tooth, but one of the times where he took the drill out of my mouth, it was still on and he drug it across my bottom lip. He tried to tell me my lip wad bleeding due to my lips being chapped. I took a picture of my lip in the bathroom of the office right after I was done, but I cant post it. I also have a picture of myself that I took in the car, and you can CLEARLY tell my lips arent chapped. I am so scared to go back to the dentist now. Thanks.
