        Bought 400$ frames, got new lenses, then they proceeded to warp the frames and now they are ruined. Not even the same frames anymore. Thanks a lot for trying to rush. I dont recommend coming here what so ever.

        Had an appointment in February 2022 , they canceled do to weather. Never called back to reschedule. Made an appointment on line took the day off work only to be told they didnt have an optometrist available. They can get me in Next January 2023. *update: Dr Hall called me personally while on vacation to rectify this situation. That is unheard of these days. I will be going for an appointment in a few weeks. Thank you Dr Hall for reaching out and taking time for me!!

        I love Dr. Allison Hall and her entire staff. Every time you walk through the doors you feel welcomed. Dr. Hall is amazing not only is she professional, but she truly tries to get to know you on a personal level. I see her once a year and she still remembers details of things we talked about a year before. I highly recommend her and her staff. I would never trust anyone else with my eyes.
