Nobel Insurance Conway Office

Slow response and lack of follow up were a surprise considering the reviews noted up to this point. I emailed a request on Wednesday morning for a home and auto quote. Thursday evening after 5 I got a response from Edith requesting more information. I called Friday morning and had to wait for her. Gave her the information and was told the quote would be emailed to me if possible because she had some appointments that afternoon. No quote was received. Monday was a holiday and I received nothing on Tuesday either. I emailed my concerns Wednesday and received an response from her with the excuse of the holiday Monday. I called requesting to speak with a manager and was told they were out of office in Rogers traveling. I informed Edith that I was no longer interested in doing business here considering the experience up to this point. I'm going to have to insist that my insurance agent be reasonably available, responsive, and follow up with a sense of urgency. This is exactly why I'm shopping for a new agent and carrier than who I've been doing business with. I can understand a holiday delay, but a week is just too long to have to wait on a quote. And the excuse rather than action told the tale.
