        This property is over priced for the old carpets, broken appliances, and unkempt apartments. The owners of this apartment buildings is cheap and the management supports their greed by not properly repairing and maintaining the apartments. They did not do any checks to make sure the apartments are clean nor provide filters, florescent lightning, or cleaning apartments for new residents. You would do better renting, buying a house. Beware!

        What a great experience looking at Crown Ridge (Chapel Ridge). Kendra was friendly, professional and helpful. Anyone looking for a place to live should talk to her. The apartment complex has a great location, well manicured grounds and nice sized apartments.
