There is a lot to share but just in case anyone ready will not have alot of time... Mrs. Shakera Moody at Empact Realty and Erin McMurrin representated me as the buyer. Ms. Moody worked with me personally for the entire 60 days of my home buying process. She was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. When I felt unsure at any time during the home buying processs, she was able to reasure me without patronizing or belittling my insecurities. Ms. Moody did extensive " boots on the ground' work; locating and investigating houses based on the infromation she expertly pulled from me about what I wanted and needed in a home. She did not try to fast-talk or upsell me, she matched the available homes with my desires. There were many things that could have" gone goofy" during this stress inducing process, and they may have but Ms. Moody made sure my process went smoothly! I begin the home buying process while out of state; there were a lot of expected and unexpected situations that cropped up, but Ms. Moody and the team at Empact made my first home buying process a smooth, memorable and blessed experience. Good businesses and the people who strive to do good work have always been in my regular prayers ; I feel fortunate to have experienced the effects of answered prayers with my home buying experience with Empact Realty , El Dorado Arkansas.
