        Rodney Walden came to my house today to clean my duct work. He and his assistant went right to work and worked steadily until the job was completed. They kept us informed at every step of the way and answered our questions thoroughly and completely. I am very satisfied with the work that they performed.

        I have relied on Island AirCo since moving to Holiday Island nine years ago. I have always found them to be prompt, thorough and a good value. Their technicians are always knowledgeable. Last week, technician Carlos Escobar preformed a scheduled maintenance service check of my HVAC units and he found one part that, because of wear and tear, should be replaced. He called the office to see if that part was in stock and when he found it was not, he requested a new one be ordered. Three days later, the office called me to give me an update. This told me not only was the office being run in an efficient way but also there is a mutual respect between the office and the field .... essential in a successful company. Since AirCo was sold earlier in the season, I have noticed changes are being implemented: Carlos brought me step-by-step pictures of my maintenence check detailing and highlighting each step, where there are items to be watched for the future and what needs to be tended to in a more immediate timetable. It made it much easier visualizing what was being talked about. I've also noticed since new management has taken over they have downloaded a package that notifies the customer by text and/or email of upcoming appointments. I find this very helpful and it shows me the new owners are interested in improving what was already a good company into a better one.
