We rented 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board on 7/23/22. We arrived on time and completed the waivers - the driver was waiting on another party. After determining the other party was not going to make it, we left about 20 minutes late. That was not a big deal to us. We were dropped off at the dam just as the dam was releasing water - 10:00. We enjoyed our float - stopped for lunch on shore and resumed our trip. We passed under the under the bridge (2/3 mark just after the 2 hour mark). We were told if we passed under the bridge at 12 - we would arrive in plenty of time (sounded like we would be early). The last 45 minutes we needed to paddle more to keep moving. Upon arriving, the driver was rude and upset we arrived late. We arrived at 1:10 and were loaded by 1:15. On the way back he made a big deal about calling the next group and letting them know he would be 15 minutes late (we actually pulled in at 1:33). This is after talking to us in the morning and telling us that it is a 3 hour float, but sometimes it runs extremely fast and sometimes slow. The afternoon group is aware that 1:30 is an estimated time. When we arrived back at the parking lot, the driver got out of the van without saying anything to us or thanking us for choosing their business. We enjoyed the river - but the service was rude.
