        UPDATE: Thanks for your quick response. I did get refunded today. I think the mix up was that I was not told I would be getting one when I called. Thank you so much. Let me start by saying I read the policy before I booked. However, my aunt had a stroke on the way there and we had to take her to the hospital. It's a shame that we couldn't even reschedule and there are NO circumstances that would indicate a refund. This day was not that busy or overbooked. I just wish I could leave a review based on an actual experience instead of a bad one where we never got to play. I hope our money helps get your business afloat.

        This was our 1st time. It was so fun. Great family fun. It was challenging but not to difficult. Our game master was so sweet and amazing. So worth going.

      I think there must be some kind of misunderstanding as refunds can take 2-3 days to appear.
