        The only place I will stay when i work around the area. Work over the road and this is one of the cheapest and CLEANEST hotel. Very friendly place. Need food? Or Wanna go on a nature walk? Best place in the middle of everything! Rooms: Very clean rooms, Non smoke always smells clean have not seen a bug and been here over a month!

        Nice, clean place. Very affordable as well. Owners are friendly and are able to accommodate any special requests. Every time I visit Eureka Springs, Swiss Village Inn is my go-to hotel. Highly recommend!

        I travel to Eureka Springs for business quite a bit and my company uses this hotel for weeks at a time. And I bring my family with me. They have very reasonable prices and really make you feel welcome.

        This hotel was convenient for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again if we needed to stay in Eureka Springs again. Rooms: Clean and roomy and the hot tub was wonderful! Walkability: Close to food and drinks.

        We've stayed here before many times while visiting,but this last time will be just that, our last. My family and I visit Eureka springs many times a year and this last particular time at this hotel we were charged for our 3 year old as an extra person even though we needed no extra bedding or sleeping arrangements. The customers next door told us they were not charged an extra fee for having 5 grown adults in a 1 bed room. The male owner was rude. It's a shame we have spent a lot of money over the years here and will no longer suggest this place to anyone that travels to the area. I will gladly support another local hotel from here on out. We love Eureka Springs and want to continue to have great experiences. Rooms: The bathroom door knob was broken. Our main hotel door didn't close correctly so we had to make sure that it was locked or it would just pop open. The beds had an odd metal box spring/ platform that was so uncomfortable. The locks on the windows didn't work on one side. Noteworthy details: Staying at a nicer hotel would have been cheaper and you would have an indoor pool and breakfast for the price that we ended up getting charged because of their policies that werent applied to all customers and were not posted

      Short reply for a long story is if you book online, check the guest count. The price reflects when guest count changes. We offer discount price to our customer who called us direct and make the booking over the phone. (Not like you who choose third party)
