Even though it is older, the rooms are kept up to date. There were some cracks in some of the concrete on the balconies but I don't know much about if it is bad or not. The dining room is an actual restaurant and is a great price for even better food. The trolley has a stop near there but is not too far to drive into downtown.
Rooms: Kept up to date and clean.
Walkability: There aren't any elevators so make sure to get ground floor rooms if you don't want to walk up some stairs. The rooms are spread out though many buildings, so keep that in mind if you have other people staying in different rooms they you might want to walk to.

Room 237 has bed bugs. The room was great and the workers were very nice but finding out that your bed has bed bugs the next morning is not nice. If I could give it 0 stars overall I would but I cant so I gave it a 1. Please fix this problem

If you are coming to Eureka Springs, this is a fantastic place to stay. Its a great walk to town if the weather is nice, but a little bit too far if its not. All of the amenities exceeded our expectations as well as the value. We will definitely be staying here again! Great place to come with kids, outdoor mini golf, nice basketball court, but the main thing was the professionalism of the staff that made you feel like you were staying at a much more expensive resort.
