image Stood in line there this morning and watched the teller, the older lady with red hair, completely dance around the fact that the USPS had lost a customer's priority mail letter. The customer was an older gentleman and needed to be told point blank that his letter had been lost and he should file a claim on it. Instead she deflected the questioning and suggested he use first class next time to send his letter but gave him no explanation as to why. He was obviously sending a monthly bill that he needed tracking on. Instead of explanationing other cheaper options for him to use, such as certified mail for tracking purposes, she let him spend $7.95 on another priority mail envelope, after they'd already lost the last one and refused to tell him it was MIA. When it was my turn at the counter, I requested a money order for $45, and tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill, the only denomination I had to cover forty five dollars. I was met with, "I can't take that! We don't carry that kind of change here." Seriously? This post office is nothing but a bad joke. Avoid at all costs if you can.

image The mail man is so unprofessional. We supposed to get two priority mail box today, We were waiting for that and later afternoon box was left out of office on floor. This address is business address and office is alway open. The mail man should be step into office to deliver priority mail box instead of leaving unattended outside. This is not the service we are paying for it.
