        When I checked into my room, we were in there for 20 mins and heard a loud sound come from the bathroom. My son pulled the shower curtain back getting ready to take a shower and the air vent fell from the ceiling nearly hitting him. We were moved to a room across the hall and that room had a leak at the bottom of the toilet. We had to place towels around the bottoms to keep the water from running. There was also an issue with the air. Just not a good experience.

        We stayed 2 nights and we were able to get a renovated suite. The staff was great, Katlin and Whitney were very helpful. The suite was clean. Breakfast had a nice variety. I noticed the parking lot is well lit up at night. My only complaint is the service for happy hour. They had one bottle of red and white wine. She would not open another bottle, even though other guests were coming in. We have had many happy hrs at other Homewood suites and never treated like that. Rooms: Great bed, pillows, linens. Clean new carpet and flooring Safety: The lights were on all around the building for security Walkability: You can walk to several places to eat.

        We're here for two nights. Room was nice, albeit a little musty smelling. My real issue is the beds! The mattress is awful. Been trying to sleep for four hours and our backs are screaming in pain. Including our 4 kids. Almost to the point where we'd rather drive four hours back home tomorrow and lose out on our money for the second night, instead of staying again. We figured a Hilton would be better...
