rude staff. If you want to stay at a hotel, go to any of the other 3 nearby. Dont give this hotel your money, they dont care about you.

Location is great right off the interstate. Lobby looked newly renovated. However it is a motel not a hotel. Nothing suite about the BW Windsor suites. Room 102 was clean but closed up and stuffy. The entire reason for staying here was because of the Jacuzzi tub. Which after unpacking, filling the tub, and getting in we didnt find out. Only fix per the not friendly front desk worker was to move rooms as he didnt know why it wouldnt work and to just push the button. Also, room next to us was being worked on. After driving for 27 hours hauling horses all we wanted was quiet and a good soak. Which we got neither of. The mattress was also like sleeping on a used maxi pad. Toilet seat is also too small for the toilet (see pic and video). What a waste of using my free night as Ive been staying at BW all over the US for over 10 years. The checkout person that morning didnt seem to care either. Hospitality at the location is NOT hospitable.

The lobby was nicely remodeled and thats all the money that was spent on renovations. Might break a knee on the mattress. Musty smelling room. A/c didnt work well. Would not recommend.
