I wanted to love this company - but, after calling the agent back on a Wednesday and still no word on Monday is disappointing. I ended up having to call back myself only to be denied due to one claim (which I understand is not in their control). But this tells me this agent didnt take me to as high of standards to customers who did get approved and didnt have the decency to call me back in a timely manner.
