        Cathy was super helpful and we were very happy with our bed, but after having it for less than 6 weeks it is not working. The local store cannot help so I was sent to the support line. Customer service agent was very amiable, but the bottom line is that my brand new bed will continue to not work until the next time a technician is in the area which is two weeks later. There is no sense of urgency at all. Beyond frustrated. Great bed when it works. Did not expect it would not function this soon and certainly expected Sleep Number to be more concerned about the fact that it failed so soon. They really dont care.

      Sorry this wasn't the experience you hoped for, Suzanne. Your thoughts will be forwarded along for further review. It is standard procedure for technician visits to be scheduled a week or two out, as it takes time to plan the route for that day. If you want to see if a sooner date is possible, you're going to have to contact us at 1-888-411-2270 from 8AM-8PM CST M-F, 8:30AM-5PM CST Saturday or 10AM- 4:30PM Sundays.
